Lentil Soup

Ingredients

    Potatoes
    Swede
    Carrots
    Onions
    Broccoli stalks
    Lentils
    Vegetable stock
    Salt and Pepper
    1 Butter Pat

Directions

Chop all the veg and sautee in the butter, add the stock and lentils and cook for 2 hours. (I soaked my lentils) mash roughly and serve (although I like to leave it a day and then reheat and serve. I made enough stock to cover the veg, approximately 1.5 pints.
