Pumpkin Choc Chip muffins

Introduction

Had these on vacation - yum! Had these on vacation - yum!
Number of Servings: 42

Ingredients

    1 Betty Crocker carrot cake mix
    1 c Libbys Pumpkin Pie mix, canned
    1 c Hersheys Special Dark Choc Chips
    3 lg eggs, beaten
    1/2 c water

Directions

Mix cake mix, pumpkin, beaten eggs, & water. Stir in chips. Spoon into muffin pans lined with baking cups. Bake 350 till toothpick comes out clean, approx 15 min for minis, approx 20 min for regular-size muffins. Best served warm!

Serving Size: 42 mini muffins; 18 medium muffins
