Cranberry Orange Relish
Submitted by: SISSYFEB48Introduction
This is so fresh tasting we will never go back to the tinned kind.We like ours quite tart, so adjust your own sweetener amounts.
This great on leftover cold turkey or chicken in a sandwich as well. This is so fresh tasting we will never go back to the tinned kind.

Ingredients
-
2 bags whole cranberries (frozen is fine)
1 large seedless orange
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Wash one bag of cranberries, place in a heavy bottom saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Add the splenda and sugar and cook until all the cranberries have split. Meanwhile wash the second bag of cranberries and place them in a food processor. Cut the orange, leaving on the peel, into small chunks and place in processor with cranberries. Process til the orange is finely chopped. When the cranberries on the stove are cooked, place them in a bowl, and then add the cranberry orange mix. Mix well by hand, then let cool. I like to make this a day or two ahead and just leave it in the refrigerator.
