Introduction

I made this using leftover roasted veggies and leftover hotdogs. I made this using leftover roasted veggies and leftover hotdogs.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8oz of Fat free Cream Cheese
    2 Cups Zucchini
    1 Cup of Red Pepper
    1 Large Onion
    4 Turkey Hot Dogs
    1/2 Box Elbow Macaroni

Directions

Cut up the Veggies and the Hot Dogs. Mixed cooked Elbows with all other ingredients and add your favorite seasonings. Put in sprayed 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degree oven for about 25-35 minutes
