Introduction

I just made this with what I had .. it turned out very good ! I just made this with what I had .. it turned out very good !
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    -Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb chopped in cubes
    - Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    - Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    - Potato, raw, 4 small chopped
    - Garlic salt and black pepper.
    - 3 shakes of soy sauce.


Directions

Pre heat a large Non stick skillet add Olive oil spray and cook potatoes covered. Stir once or twice only or they will get mushed. When they are almost done, still firm take out of pan.

Add more cooking spray and cook sausages then add onion and bell peppers and stir. Add garlic salt , black pepper and the soy sauce ... stir.... lower your heat to low a cover ... about 5 to 8 minutes ( i like my beggies soft )

Now you can add potatoes back to the skillet, mix everything and serve.

You can serve it with tostadas, like soft tacos, or just the fork :)

The most veggies the most servings will make, any beggies you like ... tomatoes, jalapenios, cactus, carrots.
