  • I was making a soup for Thanksgiving that required one Parsnip and so was looking for a recipe for the other Parsnips I had purchased. I made these tasty Parsnip Spears and they were the hit of the hors d'oeuvre table! Very tasty and extremely easy to make. - 12/3/12

  • Very good. I used 1 tbsp oil and mixed herbs instead of rosemary. This was the first time I've ever eaten parsnips.
One day later: I liked this so much I had to have it again today - 10/29/08

  • I had never eaten parsnips before & thought I would try this recipe. Used EVOO & left out the Rosemary (hubby has a adversion to it, lol) & it was really, REALLY good. Even my 2 & 4 yr old kids gobbled it up.
Thank you ! Only complaint is there is not enough. Will double the recipe next time ; - 6/10/08
