Grilled Honey Chicken Breasts

Introduction

Delicious low-fat, wonderfully flavored chicken-- no heavy sauces needed! The only chicken dish my kids will eat without dousing it with ketchup or barbecue. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup honey
    6 Tbsps. organic unsalted butter, melted
    1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
    2 Tbsps. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
    2 cloves garlic, crushed (use garlic press)
    1/2 tsp dried savory
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients. Pour over the chicken in a gallon size ziplock bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Heat grill or grill pan to med-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Cook chicken covered 5 minutes to a side, or until done.
