Stir Fry Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

    1 gal + 1 qt water
    6 tsp sugar
    16 T cornstarch
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    20 T lite soy sauce
    8 T chicken base
    12 tsp fresh giner

Directions

Combine in double boiler or a heavy sauce pan and cook until clear and thickened. Cool properly, label and date for service.
