IntroductionSlow cooker pork with green beans and potatoes in garlic and Worcestershire sauce with assorted spices. Slow cooker pork with green beans and potatoes in garlic and Worcestershire sauce with assorted spices.
Pork Tenderloin, .5 piece
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Onion powder, .5 tsp
Allspice, 1 tsp
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Garlic, 1 tbsp
Place pork on bottom of pot.
Sprinkle pork with black pepper, onion powder and Allspice.
Add water to base of pot around pork.
Add minced garlic over top of pork.
Add Worcestershire sauce over pork.
Drain green beans and pour in around pork.
Wash/scrub potatoes and quarter before placing them into the pot arranged around the pork.
Cover and set on Low.
