Honey Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

    * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    * 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons honey
    * 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons soy sauce
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
    * 1 clove garlic
    * 2-1/2 small onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
    * 1 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
    * skewers

Directions

Chop chicken, onion, and red pepper into 1 inch pieces. Mix liquid ingredients and pour into a bag with chicken, onion and red pepper. Marinate for at least two hours. Thread meat and vegetables and bake at 375 until juices run clear.
