Beth's Turkey Chili

Introduction

Lower sodium chili. Quite tasty Lower sodium chili. Quite tasty
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    20 oz ground turkey
    15 oz can S and W Less sodium Pinto Beans
    15 oz can S and W Less sodium Kidney Beans
    15 oz no salt added diced tomatoes
    8 oz no salt added tomato sauce
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1.5 tbsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Brown ground turkey, then add chopped onion and chopped pepper. Drain beans and rinse and add to skillet. Then add tomatoes and tomato sauce and all other dry spices. Then add water. Stir and cook on low for about 20-30 minutes.

Serving Size: 6 1 cup servings
