Spaghetti Squash - cooked and pulled
Spinach defrosted
zucchini
canned mushrooms
Ricotta Cheese, skim or fat free
Mozzarella Cheese, skim or fat free
Directions
Cook Spaghetti Squash and pull strands out. Defrost Spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 -45 minutes until hot inside
