Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients

    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    4 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup flaxseed

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In large bowl whisk honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients, stir until coated. Divide mixture between two jelly roll pans, spread evenly. Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes. Cool completely in pans.
