Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Blondies

Ingredients

Blondie
2 2/3 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c butter, room temperature
1/3 c pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
Coating
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl; set aside.
Beat together butter, pumpkin and brown sugar about 3-5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, and then the vanilla. Beat until thoroughly combined.
Gradually add flour mixture, scraping down sides as needed.
Spread batter evenly into pan.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon and then sprinkle over the top of the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes 32 pieces
