Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup rye flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    3/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/4 cup whole flax seed
    3/4 cup cracked wheat or mixed grains
    1 tsp salt
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup canolla oil
    3 cups water
    2 TBSP yeast

Directions

Makes 2 regular size loafs of bread

In bread mixer, place warm water and yeast. Mix together all dry ingredients except for white flour. Add mixture to water and yeast and mix with dough hook. Add honey and oil. Gradually add white flour until dough leaves sides of mixing bowl. Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise one hour. Punch down and place in 2 loaf pans. Let rise. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 35 minutes or until nicely browned and done.
