Ingredients

    fresh pumpkin 1/2 cup
    Pineapple, fresh, 28 grams
    Banana, fresh, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Flax seed Ground, 1 tbsp
    Emerald Cinnamon Roast Almonds 7 crushed
    Birds Eye Red Raspberries Frozen in Syrup (thawed - 1/4 cup
    Chobani (Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - Plain) 6 oz
