Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic, smashed
    Juice from 1 lemon
    2 Tsp red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 heaping tbsp plain greek yogurt (Oikos brand)
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lbs of thawed chicken, cubed (bite size)
    4 pieces Flatbread, multi-grain with Flax, (Flatout brand)
    1 tomato, sliced
    1/2 red onion, sliced

Directions

Combine the garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, yogurt, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl. Whisk together until mixed well. Pour mixture over cubed chicken and refridgerate for 1 hour.

Sautee chicken and sauce in hot skillet until cooked.
Heat flatbread and add chicken, tomatoes and onions. Enjoy with tzatziki sauce if desired (not included in nutritional information).
