Introduction

This salad of fresh fruit last in fridge for about 4 days This salad of fresh fruit last in fridge for about 4 days

Ingredients

    1 cup, diced fresh apple
    1 cup diced fresh Mango
    1 cup fresh canteloupe
    I cup Honeydew Melon, balls
    1 cup of Orange sections
    1 cup seedless Grapes
    1/2 cup chopped Kiwi Fruit
    1/3 cup Craisins [Sweetened Dried cranberries]
    1/2 cup apple juice [unsweeten]

Directions

Prepare by chopping fresh fruit, pour apple juice over all, toss to coat fruit pieces and chill before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1 - cup servings
