Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Pita, whole foods, whole wheat mini, 1 , toasted lightly
    Onion, red (raw), 2 tbsp sliced thin
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp diced
    Nature’s Promise Organic Mozzerella cheese, 1 T
    Francesco Rinaldi no salt added traditional sauce, 1 T
    Parmesan Reggiano, Kirkland, 1 T
    LOTS of seasonings..... onion powder (not onion salt), Magic Pizza Seasoning, red pepper flakes, Italian seasonings, freshly ground black pepper. Just don't add salt!

Directions

Preheat oven to 400degrees F.

Toast the pita to get it crunchy and to keep it that way through the oven process.

Add sauce, seasonings, then pile on the onion and green pepper. Top with parmesan cheese, then the mozzerella.

Slide into very hot oven and bake for 15minutes.

Crunchy, delicious, low sodium, and umm umm good!
