Mark's Stuffed Peppers

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    3 eggs
    ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 and ½ cup minute rice
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1 teaspoon Oregano
    ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    ½ cup chopped onion
    2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce
    4 green peppers cut in half length wise and clean of seeds


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients except peppers and one can of sauce. Spoon meat mixture into peppers and place into a 9 x 13” baking dish. Top with remaining can of sauce.
Bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes you may add a slice of cheese to the peppers and return to oven until cheese is melted.
