Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, .5 lb
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef on bottom of pot.
Season beef with onion powder, black pepper, Allspice and cumin.
Add water around base of beef on bottom of pot.
Add drained beans (Black, Pinto & Kidney) around the beef in the water.
Add the diced chilies, slathered over the beef.
Add tomatoes with juices over the entire thing.
Add drained green beans on top.
Sprinkle Ranch Seasoning mix over the entire pot.
Cover and set on Low
