Glazed mushrooms

Introduction

A different variation of mushrooms - my family loves these!
I serve them over brown rice as a side dish.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound baby bella mushrooms
    1 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook until garlic is cooked and soft - about 2 minutes. Add bella mushrooms (slice in half first if larger/mid sized). Turn once mushrooms are cooked on one side and wait for juices to come out and cook - about 8 minutes. Add soy sauce, stir, and bring heat up to medium high. Cook until soy sauce and the mushroom juices cook down and turn into a nice glaze. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
