Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients

Margarine, 1 stick
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
Flour, white, 2 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 can (13 oz)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Semisweet chocolate chips, .5 cup (mini or chopped up)
Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Milk Chocolate Candy, 1.5 cup chips (or more if needed)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, ream the butter and brown sugar until laight and Fluffy. Add te flour, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Shame into 1-in balls; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating, stirring often until smooth. Dip balls in coating; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. If desired, remelt remaining candy coating and drizzle over candies. Store in the refrigerator.
