Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    24 3 1/2 inch wonton wrappers
    4 Green Onions, raw, chopped
    1/3 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
    3 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
    16 oz. Imitation Alaskan King Crab
    8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese


Directions

Push wonton wrappers in 24 muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. While baking, in kitchen aid mixer (or bowl and mixer) mix remaining ingredients. Pull muffin tins out of the oven, put a spoon of crab mixture in each wonton muffin cup. Bake another 8 minutes, or until wonton wrappers begin turning brown. Enjoy warm or cold, these are awesome!!
