Raw Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 cup raw pumpkin or 1/2 cup pumpkin canned *
    1 large banana
    1 cup of mango chunks
    1 orange
    3/4 cup water
    1 tsp pumpkin spice mix

    *calories were calculated on raw pumpkin. If you use canned pumpkin 1/2 cup is 6 calories more per serving.

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
