Raw Pumpkin Spice Bars

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of dates
    1/2 cup of raisins
    1/2 cup of almonds
    1/2 cup of cashews
    1 TBSP of chia seeds
    2 tsp of pumpkin spice

    I think they are plenty sweet as is but if you want sweeter add 1 to 2 Tbsp raw honey or agave but also adjust calories.

Directions

1200 mins is to dehydrate the bars

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until the dates and nuts are well mixed and the nuts are coarsely chopped without any large chunks remaining. Place the mixture on a teflex dehydrator sheet and shape into bars. Put them in the dehydrator at 115 degrees overnight. In the morning flip them over onto the mesh sheets and remove the teflex sheet. Then dehydrate a few additional hours if needed.
