Ingredients

    1 1/3 Cups Red Wine or Cider Vinegar
    2 3/4 ts Garlic Powder
    2 3/4 ts Dried Oregano
    2 3/4 ts Dried Basil
    2 ts Ground Black Pepper
    2 ts Salt
    2 ts Onion Powder
    2 ts Dijon-style Mustard (e.g., Grey Poupon)
    1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
