HCG P2 Slow Cooker Mustard Chicken & Cabbage

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 purple cabbage
    4 tsps dry mustard
    4 tsps Bragg liquid aminos
    2 tsps garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, mix spices

Cut chicken into 4 3.5 oz servings
Add chicken to spices and toss to coat

Cut cabbage into wedges, and layer bottom of slow cooker with leaves

lay chicken on top of cabbage

Pour liquid aminos over chicken

Add the rest of cabbage leaves on top of chicken

*if desired, add small, whole red potatoes for the non HCG dieters. Do not cut potatoes or starches will be released!

cook on low 4-8 hours or until cooked and tender

Serving Size: 4 Servings (3.5 oz chicken each)
