Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 units
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Beans, white, 1 cup
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Onion powder, .25 tsp

Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
Fred Meyer Home Style Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 26 oz
Place chicken pieces on bottom of pot.
Pour water over chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with onion powder.
Drain the white beans, pour over chicken.
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning over chicken and beans.
Cover and set on Low for a few hours before draining and adding the tomatoes. Re-cover and let cook longer on Low.
Shortly before dinner time, say about 30-45 minutes, use an electric mixer to shred/break up the chicken. Add the pasta sauce to the crock pot, stir in and cover once more.
About 10 minutes out, boil your water and cook pasta per instructions on box. We prefer al dente but you can prepare it to your family's taste.
