IntroductionA great side dish! A great side dish!
1 bunch of fresh broccoli - cut to into flowerets
1 small onion - roughly chopped
2 carrots - peeled and cut into strips
2 T olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
(I like Garlic salt and Asian Seasoning)
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. The veggies will be crisp tender.
