Surimi Veggie Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 c chopped celery
    1 1/2 c chopped mushroom
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1/2 c cherry tomatos
    4 cups cooed whole wheat spaghetti
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 pound surimi (fake crab meat flake style is fine)

Directions

Cook onion, garlic and celery in olive oil till softer. Add mushroom, peas and tomatos, surimi. Stir and cover and cook till warmed and cooked through. Add spaghetti and stir. Add season salt or whatever seasonings to taste. I like Lawry's season salt.

Serving Size: 4 HUGE servings
