Village Farms Bell Peppers orange, 149 gram(s) (remove)

Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
2. Add the Olive Oil to the same skillet. Increase heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the sweet peppers sliced into strips and onion slices, separated into rings, cook about 5 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the sausage slices, Rotel and Tomato Sauce, Oregano or Italian Seasoning to the skillet. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese to serve. (Parmesan not included in calorie count).
Serve over Pasta or Rice (not included in Calorie count)
