Yummy Pan-Fried Chicken Bites (HCG-Friendly)

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 skinned chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning (no salt)
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp onion powder
    .25 tsp of JCS Garlic, Escallion & Allspice seasoning (got this at Walmart in the international food -Jamaican - section)
    .5 tbsp of black pepper
    2 tbsp of Coconut Oil (you can substitute WATER if you have a good non-stick pan - just use the skillet with a lid)
    2 tsp Braggs Amino Acids

Directions

Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium, and add coconut oil (or water). Cut up chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Add all seasonings to the chicken and stir well. Place chicken in the skillet and brown all pieces. If you are doing HCG, you can substitute water for coconut oil.

Let the chicken pieces cool slightly, then weigh out your 100g portions and place each serving in a baggy.

Refrigerate immediately.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings (about 100g each)
