Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 3 medium
    GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 protein powder, chocolate, 1 serving
    1/2 cup unsalted mixed nuts, 2 serving
    Raisins, SunMaid California Golden Raisins 1/4 cup, 4 serving
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Topped with half a cup of Pecans

Directions

Beat the chocolate protein powder into the eggs.
Blend the nuts to achieve desired granularity and add to the mixture stirring in well
Mash the two bananas and add to the mixture stirring in well
Add the raisins and stir in well (I prefer to soak the raisins in warm water for around 30 mins prior to using - remember to drain well)
Pour the mixture into a round pie tin and top with the pecans
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for around 20 - 25 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 7 pieces in a circular pie tin
