2 bonless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips 2 T. Cajun seasoning 2 T. butter 8 slices each green and sweet red pepper 4 lrg. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 green onion, sliced 1 - 2 c. heavy cream 1/4 t. dried basil 1/4 t. lemon-pepper seasoning 1/4 t. salt 1/8 t. garlic powder 1/8 t. pepper 4 oz. linguine, cooked and drained grated parmesan cheese
Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl or resealable bag; toss to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until almost tender, about 5-7 min. Add peppers, mushrooms, and onion; cook and stir for 2-3 min. Reduce heat. Sdd cream and seasonings; heat through. Add linguine and toss. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
