Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Tomatillos, 10 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    Chicken Drumstick, 4 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Emeril's Gourmet Smoked Sausage - Chicken & Apple, 4 serving (remove)
    Beans, white, 2.3 cup (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Chop onions and garlic. Add olive oil to pan and saute until soft, add chicken and sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
In food processor, combine tomatillos and peppers. Add to meat mixture. Add beans. Cook 1 hour.
