Ingredients

    1 large organic egg
    0.5 cup Canola Oil
    4 tbsp (0.25 cup) Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (or vinegar)
    0.5 tsp iodized Sea Salt
    0.5 tsp ground Mustard

    optional:
    0.12 tsp (one-eighth tsp) cayenne pepper
    4 tsp (4 cloves) Fresh Garlic
    5-10 fresh basil leaves (or whatever herbs you like)

Directions

whiz everything together using an immersion blender. will keep for a couple of weeks in a sterilized jar in the fridge.

you can omit the olive oil if you want it less flavorful. If you don't like the spicy flavors, you can adjust the spices, etc.

Or Thin it out with a bit of skim milk or lemon juice and turn it into a dressing instead.

Serving Size: makes a cup, or 16 Tablespoon servings
