Salisbury Beef with Stir-Fry Veggies

    1 Hamburger Helper Classic Salisbury Mix
    3 cups water
    1/2 cup milk
    1 oz Fiber Gourmet wheat noodle
    16 oz package Great Value Stir-Fry Veggies
    4 oz beef chuck roast (lean only)


Heat water and milk. Add noodle, spice packet, and beef. Simmer five (5) minutes.

Add veggies. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes Six (6) servings (1 veggie each serving)
