Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Lentils
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice
    1 can, 14.5 ounces, Swanson Natural Goocness 33% less Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 Tblsp Quinoa
    1 cup water

Directions

place lentils, rice, chicken broth and 1/2 cup water in pan to simmer on stove 50 minutes.
add quinoa and another 1/2 cup water after about 1/2 hour simmer till quinoa pops
