-
1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust (refrigerated) Thin Crust
5 slices Turkey Bacon
2.5 oz fat free cheddar cheese
2 fresh eggs
3 egg whites
Directions
Roll out pizza crust dough and lay the strips of turkey bacon on top, leaving enough room for pockets to be formed. Cook eggs and egg whites in a skillet or microwave. Separate the cooked eggs into 5 equal portions then lay one portion on top of each of the strips of bacon. Sprinkle cheese on top. Fold crust over then cut to form pockets. Bake in oven at 400 until crust browns slightly. Once cooled, these can be frozen.
