    1 head cauliflower florets
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 Tbs chopped garlic
    1 Tbs dried basil or other herbs (optional)

Directions

Simply toss your ingredients and wrap in foil or place in oven - proof dish. Bake @ 325 for approx 45 minutes until desired tenderness.
