Ingredients

    1.67 lbs. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs (unsalted tops)
    1/2 c. ketchup (divided)
    3 tbsp. yellow mustard
    2 eggs
    cooking spray

Directions

Place thawed ground beef in large bowl. Add 1/4c. ketchup, cracker crumbs, mustard, eggs, and onion. Mix until well blended. Place mixture into baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Form into loaf shape. Spread remaining 1/4c. ketchup on top of loaf. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for approx. 1 hour. Ovens may very.
