Ed's Chicken Veggie Noodle Soup

Serving Size: 2 Cups Serving Size: 2 Cups
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 pounds
    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Extra Wide Noodles, 12 oz package
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
    Pictsweet Vegetables for Soup with Tomatoes, 16 oz package
    Parsley, dried, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp minced
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1.5 tsp
    Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Boil Chicken in large stock pot, remove from water and shred into pieces, by hand. Return chicken to water, along with noodles, onions, and spices. You may need to add more water. Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then add frozen veggies. Simmer 15 more minutes and serve hot.
