1 c. uncooked wild rice (rinse & boil several times)
16 oz. chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
1 bag uncooked frozen peas and carrots (10 0z.)
Bake 1-1/2 hrs. @ 350 degrees
May add other vegetables too, but not counted in with the recipe calculation.
