Vegetarian Meatloaf Muffins

Submitted by: LEAHHAVA

Introduction

These mini meat loaves are the perfect size for toddlers. The onion is very finely chopped, the chili sauce adds some zing, and the ground seitan reduces the amount of fat in the dish. Another bonus: Mini meat loaves take much less time to bake than regular meat loaves. These mini meat loaves are the perfect size for toddlers.
