Pumpkin Smoothie

Introduction

Delicious!!! Delicious!!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1 tbsp agave nectar or brown sugar or honey
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 vanilla extract


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. If you wish you may add ice cubes. I use frozen bananas.

You may also use chocolate almond/soy milk.

Serving Size: 1 smoothies
