2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of flour
4 cups of 1% milk
1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
Meanwhile, prepare a bechamel by mixing the flour into the melted butter. Add the milk and let thickens, cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Combine the scallops ans shrimps with the bechamel in individual shells (or soup bowls) and add the cheese. Put under the broil until browned.
Best wine: white muscadet
