Introduction

easy to make low cal soup easy to make low cal soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups vegetable broth, 2 cups water, 2 celery stalks, 1 red pepper, 1 cup black beans, 1 cup corn, 1/2 lemon, 1tsp basil, salt and pepper


Directions

In a large pot add veggie broth and water heat at med.
chop celery and red pepper into bite size pieces.
add celery, red pepper, black beans, corn to broth.
squeeze lemon juice into broth.
add basil, salt and pepper
bring up to a boil, then turn back down to med and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 6, 1 cup servings
