    *Flour - Kroger Whole Wheat, 0.062 cup (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 4 oz (remove)
    *Cashew Nuts (Raw), 1 oz (remove)
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 Tbspn (remove)
    *gardein chicken strips (1/3 pkg.), 3 serving (remove)
    *kroger angel hair pasta, 3 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)

Directions
