Devil's Food Cake mix, dry, Duncan Hines (12 servings)
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, 2 ot 3 tbsp as needed to mix
Put into a jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with a little oil if needed to keep from sticking. You can also line a pan with parchment paper to avoid needing the spray.
Spread mixture evenly and bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven for about 30 min. checking for doneness after 25 min. If a toothpick comes out clean the brownies are done.
Note: you can add nuts, chips or frosting but it will add to the calories and will have to be figured extra.
Serving Size: makes 24 pieces if put in shallow jelly roll pan
